DBTech Stylish Big Digital LED Clock with Circling LED second indicator - Square Shape (16" / Red LE

- Stunning bright display, easy to read in sunlight as in darkness.
- Beautiful and modern design makes it perfect for any wall.
- Stylish seconds indicator, showing every passing second with Circling LED light.
- 3 Levels of brightness. Easy to control to your needs.
- No need to be reset if it loses power. Powerd by AC adapter (included).
This clock does not need to be reset when there is a power failure. It is a nice design and would fit into many different decors. It would be ideal for:
* A man cave
* An exercise room
* An office
* A conference room
* A child's room
* A sports or movie room in your home
* In a basement rec area
We have a large finished basement and this will be hung there near the pool table. It is a nice design and it has a unique appearance. It does require a AC power source and it does not run on batteries. That does not bother me but for some people that may be a no go. It comes with a power adapter that has a 10 foot reach from the tips of the plugs to the end of the power plug.
This is a good product and deserves a five star rating.
Please note that I received a sample of the product for evaluation and I promised to provide a fair and honest review. If you told me I could fall in love with a clock, I'd have said you were crazy! That's not entirely true, I have an avant-garde piece that looks like an eyeball that I'm awfully fond of. But when I got this 16" clock, I put it up within about two seconds. I was thoroughly thrilled. It seems impossibly huge and yet I love the bold statement that it makes! It is very minimalist in design. It's just shiny black with an inlaid LED digital display that can be read from the next room. And circling around are a series of dots which represent the second hands and they tick off in a lighted loop. I want to say that I thought the clock might appear tacky, but I think it's both unusual and slightly whimsical instead. It also has a couple of bonus features, you can adjust brightness and it doesn't lose time with a power failure.
I'd like to thank the manufacturer for a sample product to try in exchange for an honest opinion. One drawback is that the clock is electrical. You know what that means, there is a cord. On a wall clock, this poses an aesthetic issue with having a wire descend from the clock. This wasn't a huge issue for me as I have the cord relatively hidden, but it does merit a mention in case this is a deal breaker for you. KGHarris, 2/13.(2008 HOLIDAY TEAM)This large, red LED clock is perfect for an office, dorm room, or exercise/recreational room. It has a large, dotted LED display with the hour and minutes in the center and the seconds counting down in an enlarging circle around the time display. The frame is a black matte box, roughly 2.5 inches thick. The frame face is about 10" square. There is a hole in the back to mount it on a wall using a single screw.
I'd like the clock better if it were battery-operated since I don't like the black power cable showing (I've hidden mine behind a filing cabinet), but I imagine that the active display would eat up battery life. Even if this clock is not beautiful (what LED clock is?), it seems sturdy, bright, and well-designed. Note: The manufacturer provided a sample for review.
-Debbie Lee WesselmannThis is a great, large, easy to read clock that is perfect for many locations a central spot in your house, workout room, dorm room, office or business.
The numerical display is large and clear and the colon in between the hour and minutes flashes with each second. There is also an AM/PM indicator.
But the best part is the circle of dots that fill in as the seconds tick by. When all full, it moves ahead to the next minute and clears the circle beginning the cycle all over again. And for whatever reason, this part of it is fun to watch and reminds me of the old darkroom countdown timers. It's great for doing any timed function without having to get out your wristwatch or cell phone timer.
Wall screws and anchors are included but it will also sit nicely on a shelf. A great, clear clock with great placement options.
I was provided a unit for evaluation and an honest review. Here's an item that elicits an enthusiastic WOW on first sight. The 15 inch clock is impressive in size, and the rotating digital second ring is captivating. Yes, it's powered by AC, and the cord could be longer, but an extension cord is all it takes to add some reach. I like that this clock can be read easily from across the room. It makes for a great presentation in our lobby at work, so I'm debating whether to keep it there or on my screen porch at home.
If you need a large clock with bright digital numbers that can be seen on the other side of a large room, this is an item to be considered seriously.
Update I unplugged the clock to move it to another room After I hung it and plugged it back in, the time came back exactly to the correct time. Nice!

Buy Audiovox XR9 XM Satellite Radio Receiver Now
I have both this model and the competing Roady2. I have to say that though this model has a lot of features, the Roady gets my vote overall. Why?1. The screen on the Audiovox scratches easily. Really easily. Be warned.
2. The scroll category feature is great! but....for some reason, it's confusing to scroll through the presets. Wants to scroll through one category only (say rock or talk) and then I have to whack a couple of buttons to get to a less-often listened-to station. I have no time to do this while dodging local drivers on THEIR cell phones in their SUV's combing their hair and applying their mascara. It's all I can do to watch out for them, let alone tune this thing. So presets that are easy to use are a must.
3. The unit is about 10 to 15 percent larger than the Roady2 and space is at a premium in my rather small sedan. I have yet to find a good place to mount the thing.
I have to confess I am not yet "au fait" with the instruction manual (what! me read a manual?) and this WOULD of course help, but frankly, the Roady2 is a lot simpler and easy, so it gets my vote over this perfectly fine, very attractive but more complicated unit.

I owned a Roady 2 gave that to my son and bought this one. The slide in and out docks were what sold me. It is easy as heck to take from car to home with the slide in docks. Great sound! I used the radio frequency tuner which was OK but on long trips you have to switch to a different un-used station. So I hooked it up to the aux inputs both in car and at home and sound improved and no station switching needed! Love this thing. The screen did scratch easily it seemed I have since added one of those screen overlays made for PDA's works good. Do that FIRST so you prevent any scratches. Also if you experience the "whine sound" that someone else commented on you may need to buy a ground loop isolator for the car Radio Shack $20.Want Audiovox XR9 XM Satellite Radio Receiver Discount?
The XR9 is an incredible piece of engineering. At home, the indoor cradle is sitting on top of my Bose Wave radio, and the car installation puts it less than 12 inches from the dash radio, so I chose the wireless option for both locations. The home installation and service sign-up took no longer than 15 minutes...the car installation took a little longer because the antenna and power wires needed to be concealed for a nice clean look. Learning the remote is also a piece of cake, and with 30 preset stations, it's easy to go from music to news to traffic and weather reports. This is a highly recommended product.I travel alot and the this product makes me look forward to trips. I eliminated the remote FM interference problem by removing my radio's antenna. I have not listened to a commercial in a year. The product has performed perfectly and the remote compensated for the flat buttons on the unit. This product was very easy to install and the antenna stuck to the dashboard has worked very well. My sanity is worth alot to me and this product is worth the money.

There are a couple issues, one the power/volume knob is tiny, makes it hard to switch on depending on where you mount this. The other issue is the unit is pretty long, finding a mounting location that can fit this entire unit is hard if you're trying to integrate it into a vehicle dash.Received this last week after ordering on Amazon. After installing it in the RV and having everything up and running, tuned, external speaker; the main center knob {menu/channel select} snapped off while I was testing it out! I see from other reviews this isn't the first time this has happened to someone who purchased this model. The slightest sideways pressure on that knob and it snaps, and of course there really isn't anyway for your average user to fix it. It would take a trip to a repair shop or sending it back into Cobra for warranty, and to me it just isn't worth it. Overall the front is pretty cheaply made, all light weight plastic and not very solid feeling. Too bad as this radio had everything I was looking for use-wise.
Basically Chinese craftmanship with an American name slapped on at its finest...
LG KP500 Cookie Unlocked Phone with 3.2 MP Camera and Digital Media Player--International Version wi

Camera quality isn't that great, but like most phone cameras the quality is grainy, I only use it rarely as I have a good quality digital camera for that. Overall it's a great little phone that is considerably cheaper and less bulkier than the i phone. And if you need accessories then eBay is the place to go, I picked up a great leather case that fits perfectly, and a car charger. I have had the phone now for 7 months and am pleased with it so far.
Update: I recently flashed the phones firmware to the latest version which is V10n and the phone is so much better.
The touch screen works a lot better than before and the slide bar can now be used without having to press hard.
The firmware install is a little tricky and can only be done on a windows operating system, but is well worth the time as the phone's performance is so much better. Do a search for KP 500 firmware v10n update.I live outside the US and the phone worked perfectly with Guatemalan Carriers, it is a great value phone has almos every feature built in other smartphones. the only downside is that it doesnt has wifi, but the browser is very good, you can surf every web page, not only mobile sites.
great design not big and bulky like the iphone, its easier to handle when you are speaking.
The only downside is that you need to push a litte hard sometimes in order to move things or activate things, i dont know if it is only my case or thats the way the is. I own it now for three weeks and im loving it, and the touchscreen is getting more responsive over time.
The phone has a lot of features but at least im gonna mention the ones I like the most.
favorite contacts screen
it remembers the number you dial or the ones that call you, so it suggests every time you start dialing.
nice camera
widgets
grat music player
up to 8gb micro sd
Nice phone I highly recommend it.This is a very nice phone with great features. It has a rubbery feel to it (doesn't scratch easy) and a beautiful screen. However, if you buy it unlocked for U.S. use, the MMS (picture, mp3 messages) will not work! I was surprised. Everything else works though, even text messages. I talked to AT&T to try to make it work, but after an hour on the phone they said it cannot be done because this unlocked phone is not available in the U.S. Therefore not all features will work. But if you can live without MMS, this phone is awesome.
Pros: Clear and bright screen even in direct sunlight, Build quality, Features, Customizable, Built in stylus, Micro SD slot up to 8Gb
Cons: Camera (no auto focus, no flash), small qwerty keyboard, FM radio cant be played without headset attached.UPDATE 3-12-2013 Still have this phone at 3 years and it still works great!
To start with, I've had this just one week so far & for basic/casual use only. Will not use it for the 'net & haven't tried the camera yet. Edit 4/15 I like the camera, it works great & pics are clear, with fun editing options. With that said, I absolutely love this phone! It has the functions I was looking for and more. It has many features all explained in detail in the thick booklet it comes with...thanks to LG...I suggest reading it thoroughly with phone in hand to check it all out. It has lots of -helpful tips& many features with detailed information.
It came with a charger for 100-240v and an adapter that fits well. It's all you need to charge in the US or in other countries. More accessories are included but I suggest -nottrying the screen protector they added separately since it has residue AND it's a bit thick which would make the touch screen less responsive. Also ---> the phone already has a screen protector on it when you take it out the box (the right kind of protector for touch screen), so if you look closely you can tell it's there and no need to remove or replace it. Just wipe clean when needed.
This phone looks a lot nicer then it appears in the pic shown. It has good quality hardware and easy to hold on to, not slippery. The touch screen looks really nice & is very responsive & brings up the menu or whatever you need quickly. Mine does anyway, and there are settings for every thing (I do mean every thing) so you can adjust to your preference. Easy, intuitive, & has many features that make it so nice and capable of doing a lot.
Edit (4-11-10) -Someone else reviewed saying they could only listen to music with the headphones, but... that's if you start from the widget. If you access your music from the entertainment section instead, you can play it loud and clear w/o the headphones & the info as well as cover art appears on the screen. :)
The side scroll bar takes some getting use to but it works well after practicing a bit. Edit 4/15 sliding the bar from fingernail works better. The backlights longest time for inactivity is 60 seconds, but you can just press the on/off button once and it will be back on & in the same screen/function you were using. That's all minor stuff imo. I got more then I expected for the current price and with a year warranty from cell concepts (ordering directly from Amazon), it is a great deal in my opinion.
I use T-Mobile and pay as you go service. I find this phone to be reliable & -nota cheap quality cell that the phone companies offer w/o a contract. An unlocked 'non-branded' phone is much better then a phone directly from the phone companies & retail stores. What I mean by non-branded is, for example, AT&Ts name is not on the hardware, only the manufacturer...like LG is on this phone. I have had an LG flip phone for the past 6 years & it still works, I just wanted to try a newer more functional phone and this one is very nice.I have been looking for a new phone for the last year, since my old T-Mobile Blast was becoming outdated. So, when I took a trip to Germany and found the LG KP500 there, I was quite curious. I looked up reviews here on Amazon, and after some consideration, bought the phone from a German electronics retailer... And I am sure glad that I did!
Let's get started with the Pros and the Cons of this phone.
PROS:
-Unlocked, Quadband World Phone.
-Inexpensive. I bought the phone for 89, which is comparable to the price here on Amazon.
-Good Quality. Although the phone is small and made of plastic, it has an extremely durable feel.
-Signal Quality. I normally have no signal with T-Mobile's To-Go plan in my house, but I usually have at least 3 bars with this phone. By comparison, my last three phones constantly lost signal in my house.
-Great features. Many features, including a Movie editor, 3MP Camera, Music Player, Video Recorder, Games, Accelerometer, and drawing pad.
-Stylus. Not really necessary, but it really helps with texting and making notes.
-Multiple Apps and Task Manager. You can run more than one app at a time, like Music Player and Camera
-Widgets. On the home page, there is a selection of widgets to choose from. These include: Music Player, World Clock, Clock, Calender, FM Radio, and Notepad.
-Speed Dial Widgets. With a swipe of the finger, the home page changes to a speed dial home page with up to 10 contacts and images.
-Downloadable Apps and Games. The phone is Java based, so you can download .JAR apps from a number of sites to transfer to the phone.
-Expandable Memory via microSD slot (Up to 8gb)
CONS:
-The interface, while very sleek and refined, can become slow due to multiple apps running at once.
-Texting in QWERTY format is a bet annoying at first, due to the small keyboard. But after a while, you get used to it.
My recommendation: If you are looking for a new, unlocked phone at a cheap price, the LG KP500 is for you.
NOTE: I own the silver version of this phone, which doesn't have the rubbery texture.
UPDATE 10/2010-
The phone is still working great. I actually received an update from T-Mobile to allow MMS messaging and internet web-browsing, so the phone is actually better now than it was 6 months ago! Plus, after accidentally dropping it face first into concrete, it still works with no scratches! So that is another plus!

Buy Jensen JIMS-210-BK Docking Digital Music System/Alarm Clock with CD for iPod (Black) Now
I purchased this product, opened it up, and was impressed by this cool little unit. It has everything I hoped for..clock radio, cd player, ipod, and mp3 inputs. Unfortunately, the cd player would not recognize the lid as being closed. I ordered a replacement unit and the lid on this unit closed, but it wouldn't read any of my commercially made cd's. The unit looks good. The sound from the radio and the mp3 input is clear and loud enough for a bedroom. I was just a little disappointed with the cd player (twice). I haven't heard it play a cd yet.I have been really satisfied with this system. It isn't too expensive and one of the few models that has an iPod dock *and* a CD player. I haven't had any problems with playing CDs (store-bought/burned). The clock is kind of hard to read from a distance (but I didn't really buy it for the clock). The sound is also pretty good (loud and clear). Remote works. There isn't a dock/adapter provided for the 80gb Vid iPod but I just connect it directly to the model. If you leave the iPod in-it doesn't charge as fast as it would otherwise but I've found its always charged when I take it to the gym. Quite nice!
Want Jensen JIMS-210-BK Docking Digital Music System/Alarm Clock with CD for iPod (Black) Discount?
I have had this system for over a year. It has the worst remote I have ever seen. A remote that can't change the volume! You can't charge your iPod while listening to the radio. It slowly loses time. Not just a couple of minutes,In three months it has lost 15 mins!!! I can't use it a a alarm clock without having to reset the clock!! I would highly recommend stay away from this one!!!I was very excited to receive this as a gift since it would replace three different electronics on my night table. After using it for a few days I have to say that I am disappointed with several features and what I consider to be serious design/quality control flaws. The positive thing about this product is it has very good sound, both using the speakers and headphones. But what I found wrong with it really kills the good sound.
When I opened the box and was testing it out the first thing I noticed was that the door to the CD compartment would stick and not open all the way. I re-boxed it and took it back to the store, they did not have any in stock so I drove across town to their other store to get another. Took this home, same problem, so I'm led to believe this is not an isolated problem but a design or quality control flaw. I figured I would keep it and just deal with the sticking door because I liked the sound. I did write to customer service and basically recieved a response that told me I could open the door by pressing on the lid and sliding forward 1. this does not work, the lid is just too smooth and slippery, and 2. I pointed out to them, the manual says nothing about doing this; it clearly states, "...press the Push Open [arrow icon] located on the CD Cover to open the compartment." Again, I figured I can live with this feature. I did not appreciate a customer service response however that tried to tell me I was not following the instructions, which I was, and basically made up a procedure.
The other feature that is a bummer is, if you have headphones plugged in not only does it kill the sound but also the alarm. So, if you're like me and like to listen to a CD or your iPOD while falling asleep, you can't use the alarm this way, you won't hear it when your headphones fall off. I think this is a major flaw. So, I'm back to having an alarm clock on my night table as well as this product.
The other design feature has to do with the radio tuning. There is no digital tuning, you do it with a turning dial that is laid out pretty even with the cabinet that you basically turn with the tips of your fingers, it's not a full knob. The dial does not turn easily nor is it calibrated well to the display. This coupled with having to grasp the CD door to open I think would be a real problem if you have anything wrong in your hands like arthritis. Don't snear you people that don't have to deal with this.
The radio reception I find to be not very adequate. You have to turn the cabinet and adjust the FM antenna far to much for my liking. When my cat climbed up on the bed near the unit he interfered with the reception, when the heating unit turned on, static.
Something that is not a major flaw, but you need to consider whether it will bother you is the light in the LED Display even on its dim setting is pretty bright. If you are sensitive to light you need to turn this off which means you can't see the display at night. But this is more of a personal preference.
I really wish I could give this a better rating, but because of the design/manufacturing flaws I can only really give it a two. The response from customer service makes me really question what kind of honest response I'm going to receive from them. The person who contacted me directly from the company was actually pretty good and helpful, it was the person who responded to her whose email she forwarded to me that I found somewhat insulting. But I'm sorry, it just rubs my fur the wrong way when a company response is to try and pass the fault off on to the customer.

- 20W x 4 Max Power
- USB Connection, SD Card Slot, and AUX In
- FM Tuner with 18 Presets
- Preamplified Line-Out
- Half Size DIN Depth
What I like about this Stereo:
Great value for your money, definitely a worthy upgrade of your old factory stereo.
A very nice set of options and adjustments for the quality of the sound (Bass, Treble, Fade, Balance, EQ).
Did not alter the quality of the sound of my car. Big thumbs up!
Easy to install if you have the correct tools.
Easy to use. It's not a complicated User Interface.
What I think it should be different but does not bother me much:
It will not allow you to see the clock during your commute for longer than 10 seconds, it will switch back to either the station or the song's name (if you're USB, AUX or MMC), it should allow you to see the clock or the music information to your choice.
It won't display the names of the songs completely, it has a character limit.
Hard plastic makes it feel cheap, but it certainly does not look cheap at all.
Screen should be brighter during sunlight, you can barely see the information if it's a very sunny day. It looks gorgeous at night though.
It will read the music via USB/AUX/MMC based on how they are ordered in the card or device.
What I dislike about it:
After a proper installation, every time I accelerate with the car, it makes a whistling noise. I was not paying much attention to it at the beginning, but now it's starting to be very annoying.
Buy XO Vision XD103 FM and MP3 Stereo Receiver with USB Port and SD Card Slot Now
I purchased the XO Vision XD103 to replace the radio in my Jeep CJ7. I chose this radio due to its small profile which is necessary for a CJ7 replacement. The depth of the radio is about half that of others making it ideal for a CJ7. After having problems with another low priced radio I took a chance on this one. I'm glad I did. This radio was simple to hook up, had all the necessary parts and so far has worked great. By no means is this a top of the line radio but it does it's job well at a low price. If you have a vehicle with a very small space to accommodate a radio such as a CJ7 and don't need a super fancy sound system, this is a great option.Read Best Reviews of XO Vision XD103 FM and MP3 Stereo Receiver with USB Port and SD Card Slot Here
Its fits my car perfectly. Plays very well. I wanted this so I can listen to my music on my iphone and ipod. I purchased a aux cord and I'm good to good. I get lots of complimetns. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive stereo.Want XO Vision XD103 FM and MP3 Stereo Receiver with USB Port and SD Card Slot Discount?
I tried to order this from amazon but it has been 2 months and they still do not have it on stock. so i searched around and found it at walmart and I bought for $1 more plus $1 for shipping. I decided to go for it. Easy install, looks great, and sound is ok. Don't expect this to blast you away, but I aint looking for that, I just want to have a nice sounding stereo and this works for me. Besides, I dont have to carry anymore of those cds, all I have is a small sd card, which is better!I wanted to get something I wouldnt be embarrassed of, but didnt want anything too flashy that would get my top ripped. Really leary of the price, kind of you get what you pay for... but it works great with my phone and now I listen to my music just by plugging the phone in to the Aux function.
