This is a great little gadget with such big functions. I would recommend this to anyone who cares about taking care of themselves and their families in times of emergency type situations. The alarm is very loud, the radio works great and the light and compass...well, you never know when you may need them. Small enough to pack and the hand crank makes it a life saver if your batteries become a no/go. I'm telling all of my friends about this little guy. You never know when you will be hit with an emergency that leaves you in the dark without communications.

After just one week the radio just stopped working all of a sudden even though the flashlight, clock and emergency siren continued to work. So I shipped it back for a refund a week ago and I'm still waiting to be refunded for the purchase price. Will update my review for better or worse when I receive the refund or not.
