The reception with the antenna is great. The cord is long enough to reach our stereo from the window. A good 15 ft.

I come home from work, unplug the Audiovox XM Xpress from the car dock and slide it onto the home dock next to the stereo. I recommend the wired audio output to stereo. Overall, works great and has a small footprint.

I have this installed through my computer speakers (with subwoofer) and it works very well. I listen to talk, sports, and music while I work. I have the antenna sitting in the sill of a window with northern exposure and get a full three bars worth of reception.

I hate to admit that I get very excited when I product actually does what it was intended to do.

I go the Audiovox XM receiver as part of a promo with a GM vehicle so I didn't really expect much. But it works quite well and I hardly listen to regular radio any longer. The home stereo kit works perfectly but since there are basically no moving parts its hard to screw that up.
