For around SIX BUCKS you can have a cheap plastic digital Multi-function clock that gives time, day, date, year, alarm with choice of 8 sounds + adjustable snooze AND a temperature display in Celsius or Fahrenheit!

While tuning my home's digital thermostat I found rooms in the house were colder than thermostat reading. I had no thermometers to check the variances. My Amazon search yielded too many choices with too many beyond my intended price-point. I would have settled for Dollar Store thermometers if they weren't so tacky. Don't get me wrong this one could be considered tacky too, but it's cute!

The only discouraging things are :

the typical instructions for setting digital wonders and

the small buttons to press; too soft or too hard = you watch your desired digit fly by!

I give this 4 STARS & recommend this cute little cheesy digital clock/thermometer. I ordered TWO in red that I move around the house as needed. They've proven invaluable in my goal of better utility usage and comfort, with a few bucks left in my pocket. Just be advised college kids like them and will attempt to haul them off to school.

This is a great cheap clock and thermometer... oddly, the instruction manual is kind of useless. They're five labeled buttons on the back but the instruction manual doesn't really tell you how to change anything, (like the alarm tones?) you just have to play around with it. The clock ISN'T backlit. So you can't see it in the dark at all which is why the other colors of this clock have terrible reviews. Personally, I hate the glow of backlit clocks so this is perfect for my bedside. If you're the type to wake up in the middle of the night and want to know what time it is... you should purchase something else. It runs on two AA batteries, provided.

Clock had great color choices. Picked red here as I am an Ohio State fan. Very nice simple quality clock.
