I bought it for my son for Christmas. I read good reviews about the sound quality. I was skeptical but still decided to purchase it b/c my son is not as picky as I am. My son loves it! It lived up to it's reviews. It is visually appealing as well as great speakers. I like it so much that I will be purchasing one for myself as soon as they are back in stock.

I purchased this in late November for my wife as a Christmas present. She was very excited on Xmas morning, but extremely disappointed when it wouldn't dock with our iPhone 4, Nano or iPod Touch. I went onto amazon's site to see if they would send me a replacement, but the product was 'no longer available' -pretty strange for an item that was just released in the US!

I contacted Gear4 (manufacturer) on December 27th and they responded 3-4 days later that they would replace the unit, or I could send it back to Amazon -because Amazon didn't have the unit, and it was the one my wife wanted, I told them I would like to RMA it. A few more days went by and finally they admitted they didn't have stock of the unit, but they could offer an alternative, I replied asking what was the alternative and again a few days went by and they offered their Party dock or something (it doesn't have an alarm). I gave up and returned it to Amazon.

While its in transit, so I haven't gotten my refund, Amazon is showing themselves as always to have great customer service. A few mouse clicks and a UPS waybill was produced. I will NEVER purchase another Gear4 product, but will happily purchase @Amazon again!

Purchased the Logitech S400i Alarm Clock and its not as fancy in the feature department, but it works, and Logitech has always stood behind their product in the past for me! Thanks!

This may as well be a $10 alarm clock, since the app doesn't work at all. The only thing that works is the music, and the volume is either super loud or muted. The volume buttons make no difference. I sent mine back for a refund. Bottom line: this is not a good purchase.
