This is a great tool if you want a good speaker for your Smart Phone, Tablet, Mp3 player, laptop or any portable electronic device. You can connect it to your device through a 3.5mm plug, It also has a Micro SD slot where you can add a memory card. I picked up an 8 gig Mico SD card with a separate SDHC adaptor and plugged it into my computer. I then clicked and dragged hundreds of my favorite songs from my ITunes music list to the memory card. Now I can play my favorite music to my friends and family at a park, on picnics or the beach like an old fashioned boom box for many hours. The nice part is its small size. It's only about six and a half inches long. It's not an Ipod or MP3 player with an LCD display of song titles or artists, but what do you expect for the price. It has a big battery inside that can be charged from your smart phone charger or off your computer. through the mini USB connection. It doesn't come with a charger. It does have a clock and an FM radio, but those are only minor accessories for me. The best feature is the great sound.
