This seemed like the perfect alarm clock for me. I loved that you could change the colors and even have it not lite up at all. And the idea that I could be awoken to the sound of a stream or to ocean waves was a wonderful thought. But you have no choice to what sounds you wake to. I contacted customer service and indeed there is no choice. You wake to the first Nature Sounds and it rotates through them. But that is no good. It isn't even a nature sound it is a tune. And who lets the alarm keep going...just to get to the sound you want to wake to. But each time it goes off, it is back to sound 1.

I also had an issue with the snooze feature. It was snoozing for 10 min. But today, after hitting snooze the alarm went off every 2 min.

I think I am going to return this unit, which in itself is a pain since I already threw out the packaging and now will have to go to the post office.

The snooze function only working for 2 min. may be a malfunction, but not being able to choose which sound of the nature sounds you wake to is just unacceptable if that is the main reason for buying this product.

My 11 year old daughter received this clock as a Christmas gift. It worked fine for about 24 hours (and she just loved it) but then the light wouldn't dim, the alarm wouldn't set, and now the alarm went off at 3:00 in the morning for no reason. We've tried resetting the unit with no luck.

So far after turning on the clock for 5 minutes all is ok except the clock wording on the box significantly advertises as having ability to wake-up to radio, "Nature Sounds", or buzzer. There are NO nature sounds. You do get classical or jazz music as an option. Ok I guess, but not what is advertised or what was desired.

Will update review if start to have technical issues with it as several others have reported.

In general, I suggest another clock as it really burns me up as something is very cleary and intentionally miss-advertised.

My 6 year old loves this clock especially the color changing feature. However there was not a instruction manual in the box, we were able to figure everything out but it is not as user friendly as the other alarm clocks in the house. Also the radio reception is sketchy at best.

Will never buy a Timex product again. Could not get this piece of crap to work. Do not buy this clock.
