I bought 2 of these radios. They both arrived damaged. One had a loose antenna and a missing antenna screw. The other had a cracked case. The internal packaging had been previously opened and they had obviously been returned by someone else and re-shipped to me. i returned them for a refund. I bought them because of a low price, but they are really cheap quality. Suggest spending a few more dollars and buying a better quality radio.

I purchased this to have since the electric seems to go off a lot with the weather. I haven't had any problems yet & the price was right!
