Do you fear that your alarm clock will not work if the power goes off sometimes at night? This Dream Machine has a battery back up so you never have to worry about the alarm not going off at the right time. Well you may have to replace the battery at some point but otherwise it seems very reliable. The instructions for setting up this clock radio are simple and easy to understand. There are two alarms and of course a nice snooze button. I feel it is nicer to wake up with the radio playing than a buzzer but this alarm clock has that option too. The speaker is not very high quality so don't expect stereo sound. For the price I feel that I got lots of good features. I'm happy with my purchase.~The Rebecca Review
