The product is AWESOME!. I read some reviews regarding the requirement of having the rooms connections in the same side of the breakers box. I checked mine and in my case, there were in different sides, so I changed them.

Once the intercoms arrived, i just plug them and I was talking from one room to the other easy as that. Thats it! just connect them and start talking between them. They have three channels, so you can continue adding to other places in your home and get a separate channel for each of them. I bought it for my grandmom's room and she loves it. Buy it with confidence, just make sure that the ac outlets that you are going to use to connect them, are in the same side of the breakers panel.
