In my experience with speakers Geneva has been the best; they're strong, aesthetic, and long lasting. I don't know what is going on with the other reviewer's CD drive on his speaker, but then again, who the hell uses CDs anymore. I can't say anything about Geneva's prowess in playing CDs, but for ipods geneva is king.

I researched sound systems for at least one month before purchasing the Geneva Sound System Model M in Walnut. When the item arrived I was extremely excited only to open it to find out it was not at all what I expected. From my research and some pictures on the Amazon page of this item, I was expecting this sound system to include a CD player. When I saw that it didn't include a cd player I contacted Amazon to let them know my expectations of the item were not met and explained the picture on the amazon page I ordered form showed a cd player. The sent the customer service rep a link to the page that I saw that showed a cd player on this item and they agreed that was there but refused to do anything but give me a refund. I found this item very misleading on the amazon page and would expect more from a reputable company like amazon.
