For less than $10, you can't really go wrong with this clock radio. It is your basic cheap clock radio -digital display, crummy tuner and speaker, alarm with buzzer or radio. Has AM/FM tuner. Snooze and Sleep buttons (odd that these functions actually do different things, hmm?.) Nice round shape suggests the old, wind-up alarm clocks of yesteryear.

This Coby model features an extra-large green display useful for near-sighted persons (like myself) who need to see the time, in the dark, without fumbling for glasses. The product, is slightly marred, however, by rather unusual labeling of radio bands and controls. Must be for international markets? Also, somewhat counter-intuitive button placement.

Nice dual alarm option...keeps accurate time (sounds like that other guy should've sent his back for an exchange)...no problems...big display is nice when half awake...

Update: After about 6 months, the alarm features of this clock stopped working. It's now a nice time keeping device with big green numerals, but I have to use my cell phone as an alarm clock.

Now downgraded to 2 stars.

Oh well.

Granted, I just got it recently, but it's nicer than I expected. Time is accurate, the alarm is loud enough to wake you but a pleasant tone (not grating), my radio reception is perfect, the digits are quite big but not too bright. And it's cute, to boot.

This item arrived in a timely and efficient manner. The large display is just what I needed on by bedside table.

Yes, you read that right. It's been 10 years since I bought this alarm clock and although I've bought a couple of others I still go back to this one.

I have the option of a radio or regular beeping alarm dual-alarm with this clock which is very useful. The green LED is also great even when my alarm clock is all the way on the other side of my bedroom. If you need a basic but very durable alarm clock then this is what you're looking for. I've included other great alarm clocks I've used (and that my family has or is currently using) over the years.
