This product is a very poor design. The iPad does not fit properly in the holder and falls out when put in the "store" position. The iPad plug is very difficult to use. The installation information is written by someone that does not understand English very well and the pictures don't help. You need to figure it out by yourself. When returning you can be charge up to 50% restocking fee, plus shipping. DO NOT BUY !!!
