I bought this for my brand new truck and had it professionally installed. The technician pointed out about halfway through the process that the face of the unit wasnt working properly. Sure enough several of the buttons didnt work and when pushed it randomly did something it wasnt supposed to do. I had already paid 300.00 for the install and tested everything else for myself. The unit itself the touchscreen and remote work fine. The faceplate is junk. It plays DVD's and I added a backup camera both are nice. Everytime I hit a bump in the road the unit either mutes itself or changes stations. I decided to keep the unit until I can install a better one. Dont waste your time or money on this one.

after installing what i thought was a quality product it turned on and worked great then the next time i turned on there was a screen malfunction, then the sound did not work and in the end the whole deck failed in just 3 days of use and i purchased a replacement and through this deck back in its box and so it sits on a shelf. was not impressed with the overall quality and i feel this deck should not be allowed to be sold as it not a quality part or meets any satisfaction standards

the item was what I expected. Other then the usb port been something I didnt expect, thought u conected da usb to the stereo, but no ther waz a adapter which was I didnt like but I didnt see that but that was my fault..... But everthing is good

unit wasnt fully operational because the screen will not power out.

without the remote the skipping function to select a next track is not on the radio.

when toggling from usb to cd or dvd or even radio,whenever usb is reselected the usb has to reload and I have over 5000 music on it so it takes forever.

I cant get the micro card to work, it keeps saying err.
