I like the product, the only problem I have with it is the remote control which doesn't work. I've tried contacting the company to notify them of the remote and how to replace it. The sound is really great, the alarms are always prompt and loud enough to wake me up. The docking cradle is ok but has a way of tilting the iPod, iPod Touch and iPad forward rather than allow it to lean back.

I knew as soon as I opened the box and took this product out that I had made a bad purchase. It was very flimsy and seemed to be cheaply constructed.The docking station wouldn't open with the remote or the open button at the top of the speaker, but just made a humming sound like it was trying to open. I finally got it open after prying at it with my finger nail...NOT GOOD. The speaker sound was mediocre at best, and the alarm didn't work. The line-out jack didn't work either. I only paid about $30 for it and it wasn't even worth that. Needless to say, I took it back and thankfully got a refund.

I've been looking at this dock for 6 months and never made a purchase until today. I didn't get it at Amazon, but at Bed Bath & Beyond for under $30. It charges your ipad/ipod. Nice noticeable bass (not booming or distorted), volume and alarm are loud enough to wake the dead, and voices are recognizable. The remote controls just about everything. It has a line out to connect to another audio source, and a video output to connect to a TV. I would have given this 5 stars, but the dock makes my ipad shift (move forward). With a little adjustment, the ipad will stay in the correct position.

The quality of this product leaves a lot to be desired. My iPad never sat firmly in the flimsy dock and didn't work. The sound is pretty poor and doesn't get that loud. I recommend looking at other products.
